I’m a product design leader, coach, and strategist who thrives on helping others grow through clarity, depth, and purpose. I’m wired to see what others miss, to simplify the complex, ask the right questions, and build systems that unlock potential.
Whether I’m coaching a designer, shaping product direction, or advocating for accessible experiences, my goal is the same: to lead with discernment, elevate what matters, and create lasting impact with quiet confidence and high standards.
My story blends creativity and strategy, shaped by a love for music, a passion for UX, and a faith that grounds everything I do.

I created Klariel as a reflection of my deepest belief: that clarity is a gift from God.
I was inspired by Psalm 18:28, “You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light.”
Klar means clear. Eli means God. Together, Klariel means Clarity from God.
I write about product thinking, design, leadership, and life—sharing frameworks, insight, and truth in a way that’s simple, strategic, and Spirit-led.

I follow Christ.
My life hasn’t been a straight path. It’s been more like a symphony with dissonance, beauty, tension, and grace. I see God as the composer of my story, and I had the chance to share that perspective in a talk called God is a Composer.
This faith grounds how I show up at work, in leadership, and in life. I believe in creating spaces where people can grow, heal, and become who they were made to be.
Before I wrote code or coached designers, I was writing music.
I studied music composition and flute through grad school, and for years I dreamed of being a film composer. Music gave me an early blueprint for design, structure, flow, emotion, and story. It taught me how to move people through an experience with intention.
That way of thinking never left me. It just shifted from sound to systems.
I’ve spent over three decades designing websites, interfaces, and experiences, and now, I spend most of my time coaching designers to think strategically, lead boldly, and advocate for real humans.
